「Cute My Recipe」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者（以下「当方」）が提供するレシピ管理アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
レシピ名・材料・調味料・作り方・分類（カテゴリ／タグ）・お気に入り・作った記録・買い物メモ、添付した料理写真、アプリ設定などは、すべてお使いの端末内のみ（ローカルのデータベースおよびファイル）に保存されます。当方はサーバーを運用しておらず、これらのレシピ内容や写真を収集・送信・閲覧することはありません。アカウント登録も不要です。
あなたの許可を得て、レシピに料理写真を添えるために端末の写真ライブラリおよびカメラにアクセスします。撮影・選択した写真は端末内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリには、レシピ本のページや手書きメモを撮って文字として取り込む機能があります。この読み取りは端末内で完結します（オンデバイスの文字認識を使用）。読み取りのために写真や認識結果を当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
本アプリは Google AdMob（Google LLC）を通じて広告を表示します。広告の配信のため、AdMob は端末識別子や利用データを収集することがあります。
「広告の削除」の購入は Apple の App Store によって処理されます。当方がお客様の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。機能の解放および購入の復元のため、購入状態は端末内に保存されます。
本アプリでは、バックアップファイルを手動で書き出し／復元できます。バックアップの作成・共有（iCloud Drive、ファイル、メール等）はお客様自身の操作で行われ、当方はその内容にアクセスできません。保管はお客様の責任で行ってください。
データは端末内に保存されるため、本アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます（お客様自身が書き出したバックアップを除く）。アプリ内で個々のレシピを削除することもできます（削除したレシピは一度ごみ箱へ移り、そこから完全に削除できます）。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。お住まいの国で必要とされる年齢に満たない場合は、保護者の方の指導のもとでご利用ください。広告が表示される場合があります（「広告の削除」の購入で非表示にできます）。
本ポリシーは改定されることがあります。最新版は更新日とともに本ページに掲載されます。

"Cute My Recipe" (the "App") is a recipe app provided by an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Your recipes (titles, ingredients, seasonings, instructions, categories and tags, favorites, cooking logs, shopping notes), attached dish photos, and app settings are stored only on your device (local database and file storage). We do not operate a server and do not collect, transmit, or access your recipes or photos. No account is required.
With your permission, the App accesses your photo library and camera so you can add dish photos to your recipes. Captured or selected photos are stored only on your device.
The App can read text from a photo of a cookbook page or a handwritten note. This recognition runs entirely on your device (on-device text recognition). Neither the photos nor the recognized text are sent to us or to any third-party server for this purpose.
The App shows ads via Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data.
The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive your payment information. Your purchase status is stored locally to unlock features and to restore purchases.
You can manually export and import a backup file. The backup is created and shared by you (e.g., to iCloud Drive, Files, or email), and we cannot access it. You are responsible for storing it safely.
Because data is stored on your device, deleting the App removes the data (except backups you exported yourself). You can also delete individual recipes within the App (deleted recipes move to the trash first, where you can remove them permanently).
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are below the age required in your country, please use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian. Ads may be shown (you can hide them by purchasing "Remove Ads").
We may update this policy. The latest version is posted on this page with an updated date.
