📋 はじめに

チートルーレット（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

✅ 本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを外部サーバーへ送信しません。すべてのデータはお使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。

📦 収集する情報

本アプリは以下のデータをお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。

  • ルーレットの項目（ラベル・表示比率・実際の確率・色）
  • 保存したルーレット構成（名前・サブタイトル・項目セット）
  • 最後に読み込んだ構成の識別子
  • 広告削除購入の状態フラグ

氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しません。

🔒 データの保存場所

すべてのデータは、お使いのスマートフォン本体のローカルストレージ（AsyncStorage）に保存されます。

  • 本アプリの開発者はデータにアクセスできません
  • インターネットへの送信は行われません
  • 第三者への提供は一切ありません（広告配信に必要な情報を除く。詳細は「広告について」をご覧ください）

📊 広告について

本アプリでは、広告配信のために Google AdMob（Google LLC 提供）を利用しています。AdMob は以下の情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA / Google 広告 ID）
  • 端末情報（OS バージョン、機種名など）
  • おおまかな位置情報（IP アドレスに基づく）
  • 広告の表示・クリックに関するデータ

これらの情報はアプリ開発者ではなく Google によって収集・処理されます。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

iOS をご利用の場合、初回起動時に表示されるトラッキング許可ダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）で「許可しない」を選択することで、パーソナライズド広告の配信を拒否できます。

なお、本アプリではアクセス解析ツール（Google Analytics 等）は導入していません。

💳 アプリ内課金（広告削除）について

本アプリでは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内課金を提供しています。決済処理は Apple（App Store）および Google（Google Play）が行い、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。

  • 購入の有無は端末内に保存されます
  • 「購入を復元」機能は Apple / Google のアカウント情報を介して購入履歴を確認します

🗑️ データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、端末に保存されたすべてのデータ（ルーレット構成・設定など）が削除されます。広告削除購入の情報は Apple / Google のアカウントに紐付いているため、再インストール後に「購入を復元」することで再度有効化できます。

👶 お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではなく、13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

🎲 アプリの性質について

本アプリはジョーク・エンターテインメント目的のルーレットアプリです。表示上の比率と実際の確率を独立して設定できる仕組みは、サプライズ演出や演出用途を意図したものであり、実際の賭博・ギャンブル等には使用しないでください。

Thank you for using CheatRoulette. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information within this application.

✅ CheatRoulette does NOT transmit any user data to external servers. All data is stored locally on your device only.

📦 Information We Collect

CheatRoulette stores only the following data locally on your device:

  • Roulette items (label, display ratio, actual probability, color)
  • Saved roulette configurations (name, subtitle, item set)
  • Identifier of the last loaded configuration
  • Ad-removal purchase status flag

We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

🔒 Data Storage

All data is stored in your device's local storage (AsyncStorage) only.

  • Developers cannot access your data
  • No data is transmitted over the internet
  • No data is shared with third parties (except information required for ad delivery; see "Advertising" for details)

📊 Advertising

This app uses Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following information:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA / Google Advertising ID)
  • Device information (OS version, device model, etc.)
  • Approximate location (based on IP address)
  • Ad impression and click data

This information is collected and processed by Google, not by the app developer. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

On iOS, you can decline personalized ads by selecting "Ask App Not to Track" in the App Tracking Transparency dialog shown on first launch.

This app does not use any analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

💳 In-App Purchases (Ad Removal)

This app offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play); the developer does not receive any payment information such as credit card numbers.

  • Purchase status is stored on your device
  • The "Restore Purchase" feature checks your purchase history via your Apple / Google account

🗑️ Data Deletion

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data (roulette configurations, settings, etc.). Ad-removal purchases are tied to your Apple / Google account and can be re-enabled after reinstallation by tapping "Restore Purchase."

👶 Children's Privacy

CheatRoulette is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

🎲 Nature of the App

CheatRoulette is a joke / entertainment roulette app. The ability to set the displayed ratio independently from the actual probability is intended for surprises and presentation, and must NOT be used for real gambling or betting.
